Problem Statement

The Covid-19 pandemic disrupted AmCham Argentina’s traditional activities, requiring a rapid digital transformation to maintain the quality of member engagement and event experiences. The organization needed to pivot from in-person events to a seamless and interactive digital platform that could deliver exclusive content, enable easy registration, and foster community connections online.

Process overview

Taking on the UX specialist role, I conducted market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and gathered user and business requirements. I developed mockups, prototypes, and user flows, collaborating closely with developers for platform build and ongoing iterations. Internally, I led usability testing and implemented user-centered design practices across departments to enhance both the platform and broader organizational approaches to digital engagement.
